Job Purpose
This position exist to take full responsibility of overall management of Recruitment Department. Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step.
Functional Responsibilities
Manage recruitment function by implementing policies, procedures, and programs. Lead recruitment and support diversity to foster Alfanar’s professional growth and development. Illustrate with business units head managers of required manpower plan for expats local market and overseas market and ensures high quality deliverables to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Direct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, selection, job offer using a range of tools to enable cost efficiency and reduce hiring time.
- Direct Competency Based Interviews to assess candidate’s organizational/technical Competencies to select the suitable candidate for the role.
- Ensure all Talent Acquisition processes are automated.
- Create expats hiring methods and strategy to comply with policies, practices, processes, and regulations to achieve organizational mission, vision, and goals.
- Lead the TA team to properly write and send a positive and professional Letter of Rejection to unaccepted applicants to ensure delivering a great employer branding.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies to source and screen candidates to fill roles according to the Manpower Plan.
- Direct Visa Issuance and Sponsorship Transfer process and ensure maintaining compliance with immigrations laws and regulations.
- 6-8 Years of experience HR Recruitment Experience related to construction industry
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or any related fields.
