The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Oversee the maintenance and operational aspects of facilities while managing and coordinating various projects related to facility improvements, renovations, and upgrades. Key Accountability Areas

Facilities Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance program.
- Ensure routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities are conducted to uphold the condition of the facilities.

Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and projects.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in facility operations and project execution.

Vendor Management: Select, contract, and manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and project-related services.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimal asset utilization and replacement.

Space Planning: Plan and optimize space utilization within facilities.
