Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities by ensuring accurate system data, availability of materials and resources, and effective scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance to support operational continuity and equipment reliability.

Key Accountability Areas

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling:

  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with production schedules.
  • Maintain and update maintenance plans within SAP, including triggering work orders based on plant calendars.
  • Review maintenance backlog and prioritize activities based on operational requirements and equipment criticality.

Work Order & Process Coordination:

  • Coordinate work order processes for breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance of maintenance activities with defined resource and material requirements.
  • Confirm availability of subcontracted services required for maintenance execution.

Material & Procurement Coordination:

  • Follow up on spare parts creation, purchase requisitions (PR), and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate purchasing of required materials, tools, and services to support maintenance activities.
  • Perform goods receipt (GR) and service entry (SES) processes for received materials and services.

SAP & Data Management:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of maintenance data within SAP.
  • Create and maintain equipment records and spare parts BOMs based on technical inputs.
  • Record and update all maintenance-related transactions, including PRs and service entries.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor maintenance performance and prepare periodic reports aligned with defined KPIs.
  • Report weekly material consumption requirements based on actual maintenance activities.
  • Provide updates on maintenance plans, execution status, and system data accuracy.

Coordination & Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
  • Arrange daily preventive maintenance (PM) checklists and ensure proper execution tracking.
  • Coordinate with plant administration on technician availability, including leave and scheduling.
  • Process operational requirements such as gate pass requests and ensure timely closure.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
