Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Responsible for handling the quality, content, design, and standards of all marketing events by defining guidelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy, while working with teams who are responsible for event execution. 

Key Accountability Areas

Events Content & Experience Design

  • Define and approve event themes, messaging, content, and overall attendee experience.
  • Ensure all event materials, visuals, and communications align with brand identity and marketing strategy.
  • Review and validate event layouts, stage designs, branding placements, and signage before final approval.
  • Provide direction and recommendations on event format, agenda flow, and engagement elements.

Event Standards & Governance

  • Develop and maintain event guidelines, templates, and best practices for internal and external use.
  • Set clear quality standards for all event-related content, visuals, and communications.
  • Ensure consistency across all corporate and marketing events in branding, tone, and presentation.

Coordination with Event Organizers

  • Act as the main point of reference for internal teams and external agencies responsible for event execution.
  • Provide clear briefs, expectations, and creative direction to event organizers.
  • Review and approve event plans, timelines, layouts, and content before implementation.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to assess quality, brand alignment, and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Corporate teams to ensure event messaging supports business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on how events should be structured and presented.

Content Review & Quality Control

  • Review all marketing materials related to events, including presentations, videos, brochures, and digital content.
  • Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in all externally facing event content.
  • Identify risks related to messaging, branding, or compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate event effectiveness from a content, branding, and experience perspective.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future events.
  • Maintain documentation of approved templates, guidelines, and event learnings.

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Markting & Communication or Any relevant field
