Job Purpose
Lead the development, positioning, and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity systems and solutions by overseeing technical development, pre-sales activities, and solution engineering to ensure technically sound, competitive, and scalable offerings.
Key Accountability Areas
Technical Development Oversight
- Oversee technical development activities related to OT cybersecurity solutions
- Review and approve proof-of-concepts and technical solution designs
- Ensure development of customized solutions based on project and site requirements
- Guide vendor evaluation and technology selection activities
Pre-Sales and Proposal Support
- Oversee technical inputs for RFPs, proposals, and tender submissions
- Ensure technical compliance and accuracy of proposals and offers
- Support technical workshops, presentations, and customer engagements
- Review solution scope, assumptions, and technical risks during bidding stages
Engineering and Project Integration
- Oversee site surveys and technical risk assessment activities
- Ensure effective transition of solutions from pre-sales to project execution
- Coordinate with project teams to support system integration activities
- Review and resolve complex technical issues during implementation
Vendor and Technology Management
- Manage relationships with OT cybersecurity vendors and technology partners
- Approve OT cybersecurity tools, platforms, and solution components
- Ensure vendor solutions align with customer and project requirements
Capability Development and Team Leadership
- Lead OT cybersecurity technical, engineering, and pre-sales teams
- Define technical competency requirements and skill development needs
- Promote collaboration across technical development, pre-sales, and engineering functions

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Software Development or Any relevant field
