Organizational Development Senior Specialist

Job Purpose

This position exists to control, implement and conduct continuous quality check of organizational data efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Data Control: 
Act as a governance and control point on the received approved structures, manpower plans, and business requests and validate them against OD policies, procedures, and best practices. 
Org Structure Implementation: 
Update the last approved organizational structure in OD ERP System (SuccessFactors) in terms of (reporting line, organization units, hierarchy, cost center, job titles, position grades…etc.). 
Manpower Plan Creation: 
Validate the received approved Manpower plan and create it in OD ERP System as per the OD standards and position management attributes. 
Data Quality Check: 
Ensure the accuracy of Organizational Data to facilitate the respective business with their operations. 
ERP System: 
Utilize the OD modules of ERP systems to maximize their usage. 
Reporting:  
Design and maintain OD reports and Dashboards for easily accessible information to the respective business. 
Monitoring the deviations through the system and providing regular progress reports of any type of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
  • Academic Qualification

    Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
