Partnerships Manager | alfanar Electric

Job Purpose

To develop, manage, and grow strategic systems and solutions partnerships that enhance the organization’s market offering, enable integrated solutions, and support sustainable business growth, by ensuring effective partner alignment, governance, and value realization in line with organizational objectives.   

Key Accountability Areas

Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential systems and solutions partners aligned with organizational strategy and portfolio direction
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives, market positioning, and solution enablement
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for partnership agreements in coordination with legal and relevant stakeholders

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and solution providers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partnership governance, coordination, and escalation matters
  • Conduct regular partner engagement reviews to ensure alignment, performance, and mutual value realization

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with leadership to define partnership objectives, success criteria, and performance indicators
  • Analyze market trends, technology developments, and competitor ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
  • Monitor partnership effectiveness and provide structured reporting on outcomes, risks, and strategic impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with commercial, technical, and operational objectives
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives, solution positioning, and coordinated engagements with partners
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and partner organizations

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Manage partnership-related budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Assess financial performance and return on investment of partnership initiatives and report findings to management

  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
  • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
  • Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
  • Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

Business Planning and Performance:

  • Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.
  • Able to Plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether they are annual or development plans.
  • Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly.
  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
  • Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Quality:

Adaptation:

  • Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
