Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Support project delivery by planning, tracking, and reporting project performance across all active initiatives. Coordinate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to set project baselines, monitor progress, maintain data accuracy in the APM dashboard, and ensure timely reporting to management for informed decision-making.

Key Accountability Areas

Project Planning & Baseline Management

  • Coordinate with all Project Managers to establish and validate project baselines for scope, schedule, and milestones.
  • Ensure alignment between project plans and organizational objectives.
  • Update baseline data in APM and related systems to reflect approved changes.

Progress Monitoring & Performance Tracking

  • Track project progress versus baseline schedules and highlight deviations.
  • Analyze delays, risks, and performance indicators to support Project Managers in corrective planning.
  • Maintain an updated overview of all project milestones and deliverables.

Coordination & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to target dates.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues affecting project timelines.
  • Provide planning assistance to Project Managers for resource allocation and sequencing of activities.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Establish structured reporting formats to present project status to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy and reliability of APM (Alfanar Project Management) dashboard data.
  • Generate consolidated reports highlighting project progress, key achievements, and risks for management review.

Project Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate project performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support management in developing performance insights and improvement action plans.
  • Ensure all planning and reporting processes comply with project management standards and governance frameworks.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
