Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Oversee prequalification processes, ensuring compliance and excellence in prescription activities. Manage and lead the team to achieve high standards, contributing to company success in project pursuits.

Key Accountability Areas

Strategy Development

  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of overall Power & Water sales strategies, plans, and processes for products and solutions related to power generation, transmission, distribution, and water systems, ensuring alignment with alfanar’s objectives.
  • Stay updated on any modifications to submitted documents, approvals, or requirements from end users and consultants regarding power and water products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international end users, consultants, and key stakeholders in the power and water sectors.
  • Monitor achievements and deviations in marketing and sales plans, providing regular progress reports to top management along with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to meet objectives.

Strategy Implementation

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the prequalification strategy by setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a high-performing and motivated team to achieve success.
  • Actively participate in the coordination of power and water-related products and solutions across alfanar’s units to ensure a cohesive market presence aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide and implement tools to meet market requirements, especially those that support technical specification and compliance approaches for power and water sector clients.

Market Research & Needs Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends and requirements, specifying market needs for current and future power and water solutions through research and customer interactions.
  • Conduct market research, including customer visits, to identify current and future requirements for power and water products, ensuring alignment with client and market expectations.
  • Forecast long- and short-term market potential for the power and water sectors in Saudi Arabia, contributing to data-driven decision-making and planning.

Compliance & Customer Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within the power and water sales domain.
  • Provide comprehensive support to local end users and clients who adopt alfanar’s power and water solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
