The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Implement business strategies to manage products effectively, collaborate across teams to promote offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve synergy across alfanar units for strategic market development. Analyze market trends, disruptions, and competition, providing strategic direction through continuous analysis. Foster innovation, explore new markets, and establish competitive advantages, differentiating alfanar products for elevated market positions.

Key Accountability Areas

Market Exploration and Relationships:

  • Understand and capture customer needs, defining new offer scope and specifications aligned with market needs and company strategy.
  • Participate in customer seminars, meetings, workshops, and events to promote offers.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Establish and grow relationships with strategic partners.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify new market opportunities for new and existing product lines.
  • Regularly conduct competitive analysis of technical & commercial offers and identify needs for offer enhancement to maintain competitiveness and monitor market price trends.
  • Identify market trends, disruptions, and opportunities, driving initiatives to capitalize on them.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Price positioning across all Go-To-Markets and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness.
  • Work closely with teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Lead product optimization and standardization with R&D and design teams for process performance improvement and increased productivity.

Product Launch and Operations:

  • Drive product launches, working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Participate in the proposal response process, offer forecast, and plan accuracy, ensuring the right inventory and competitive lead times.
  • Focus on excess & obsolete (E&O) trends and provide strategic actions to maintain the best inventory level.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
  • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.

  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Academic Qualification
