Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
To ensure that technical products meet customer needs, are effectively marketed, and are successfully positioned in the marketplace, bridging the gap between product development teams and the sales/marketing teams. Their responsibility is to understand both the technical aspects of the product and the needs of the target market, ensuring that the product is positioned correctly and communicated effectively.
Key Accountability Areas
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products. - Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for product improvement and new opportunities.
- Provide insights to the product development team regarding market demands and potential areas for innovation.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Provide technical expertise to sales teams by preparing product demonstrations, presentations, and training materials.
- Support the sales team with technical queries, customer objections, and helping them position the product effectively.
Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Plan and execute successful product launches by collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ensure that product launches are smooth and align with the overall marketing and sales strategy.
Customer & Technical Support:
- Work with customer support teams to provide product-related technical assistance.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding product performance and suggest improvements. - Help develop technical FAQs and provide troubleshooting materials for both customers and internal teams.
Content Creation & Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and online resources that help customers understand the product.
- Write technical content for blogs, case studies, product reviews, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with the product’s technical features and benefits.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns align with product development and features.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand new product features and enhancements and effectively communicate them to the market.
Customer Feedback & Product Improvements:
- Gather customer insights and feedback from various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and user groups.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide recommendations to product management to help prioritize future product updates or features.
Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitors' products, marketing strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide competitive intelligence to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
