Job Purpose

Optimize production operations. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness to meet business demands. Uphold high-quality standards while adeptly managing risks and opportunities inherent in the production processes.

Key Accountability Areas

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and integrate ongoing enhancements in production processes.
  • Document prevailing production procedures and institute company standards to optimize Production Department efficiency.

Quality Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to recognize and implement continuous quality improvements.
  • Uphold awareness of current production best practices and deploy them responsibly.
  • Develop and execute improved production testing for manufactured products.

New Product Development:

  • Formulate and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements, and alterations.
  • Install relevant fixtures and tooling for new products.

Cost Management:

  • Streamline production costs while maximizing productivity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, summarize, and present production and process data to management.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Generate and uphold accurate tool drawings documentation in alignment with Product Development and Quality Assurance functions.
  • Conduct routine reviews with the production team regarding man and machine utilization, quality concerns, resource requirements, and plan achievements.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
