Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This Position exists to perform production activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

·        Making daily plan to load the machines and work force for production work.
·        Coordinate with other sections to receive/send semi-finished products as per daily schedule.
·        Execution of orders as per planned schedule.
·        Weekly review of production status.
·        Monthly review of rework analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions.
·        Formation and implementation of system and procedures for departmental function.
·        Controlling the shop floor production process
·        Achieving the production target as planned.
·        Coordinating with Quality, Stores and Maintenance in order guarantee the production process loop.
·        create monthly production report.
·        Initializing priority based production in all sections.
·        Monitoring and tracking of ongoing jobs in production till completion.
·        Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
·        Making of process NCR analysis and performance analysis to find the areas of improvement.
·        Maintaining Production KPI’s by optimal use of resources.
·        Establish and maintain Work Instructions to guide shop floor workforce.
·        Assess required resources (equipment and manpower) and present it to production manager.
·        Ensure availability & readiness of shop floor resources.
·        Arrange raw materials in shop floor as per daily schedule
·        Initiate, regularize & monitor production progress.
·        Initiating and monitoring the transfer of completed products to next sections/warehouse for further processing/storage/dispatching.
·        Clear QM comments for finished products.
·        Ensures implementation of all QMS procedures in production.
·        Assist customer inspection with QM.
·        Generating risk assessment reports of production work centers.
·        Assists/ coordinates with the Safety officer for HSE matters.

HR Proficiency:
•Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved.
•Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
•Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
•Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
•Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
•Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
•Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
•Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
•Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.  
Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):
•Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:  
•Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.
Health & Safety:
•Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
