Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Manage and oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all objectives are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment to achieve project success and strategic goals.

Key Accountability Areas

Project Planning & Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and resource estimations to ensure project viability.

Execution & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure effective execution of project tasks.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project performance, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Maintain project documentation for lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct project reviews, audits, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Promote best practices in project management methodologies and governance.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Allocate and optimize resources according to project priorities and workload.
  • Prepare and present project financial reports to management.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making through transparent reporting and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
  • Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
