Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Aims to achieve projects objectives according to the customer/End-user acceptance criteria within agreed parameters and deliverables that are constrained to a defined timescale and budget.
Key Accountability Areas
- Lead the order hand-over process with sales team and ensure that all required documents/information is submitted and maintained with latest versions.
- Act as the communication channel between the customer and alfanar parties during the project execution starting from customer kick-of meeting till project closing.
- Develop and continuously update the project risk management and take the proper actions when required.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to develop a comprehensive detailed project plan to monitor and track the project’s milestones
- Lead the kick-off meeting with the customer.
- Own, mange changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs and ensure that all changes had been considered technical and commercial trough through all project cycles.
- Provide technical clarification and comments raised by customers or by the internal stakeholders during the project execution.
- Actively coordinate between design team and the customer to approve the submitting design adhering to the order requirements and project’s milestones.
- Proper coordination between the customer and manufacturing team to successfully complete the factory acceptance test “FAT”, as well as leading the out-bounding Delivery “OBD” process.
- Manage the invoice collection process and actively contribute to facilitate it, however the collection process is the full responsibility of sales team.
- Secure the project delivery by coordinating with procurement teamProject Executing to start the purchasing process for the required materials especially that have long lead time, during order confirmation/finalization process reference to the risk management plan.
- Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
