Job Purpose

The role of a Concrete Factory Sales Representative is pivotal in promoting and selling concrete products to various clients, including contractors, builders, and construction companiesThe role of a Concrete Factory Sales Representative is pivotal in promoting and selling concrete products to various clients, including contractors, builders, and construction companies

Key Accountability Areas

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Prepare company prequalification and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Role Accountability

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
  • Strong understanding of concrete products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Academic Qualification
