Job Purpose

Driving sales of properties. Generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and will contribute to the overall success of the company's sales targets by ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Acquisition & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential customers and actively generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

  • Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating their features, benefits, and value propositions to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales and meet company revenue goals.

Order Processing & Follow-Up:

  • Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Market Research & Feedback:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry news to inform sales strategies. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products or services.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s overall sales performance.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress. Submit regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Collaboration with Team Members:

  • Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
