Job Purpose

This position exists to search social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system

Key Accountability Areas

  • Partner with Hiring Managers with regards to manpower planning hiring.
  • Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.
  • Manage end to the end sourcing/ screening process.
  • Coach and teach the sourcing team how to increase their productivity.
  • Train the sourcing team how search, screen, and interview candidates
  • Source potential candidates through different channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks, job boards)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and phone interviews
  • Support in employer branding initiatives
  • Promote our value proposition
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Complete various reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to stakeholders

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Any relevant field

4 to 6 Years
