Job Purpose
This position exists to search social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system
Key Accountability Areas
- Partner with Hiring Managers with regards to manpower planning hiring.
- Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.
- Manage end to the end sourcing/ screening process.
- Coach and teach the sourcing team how to increase their productivity.
- Train the sourcing team how search, screen, and interview candidates
- Source potential candidates through different channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks, job boards)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and phone interviews
- Support in employer branding initiatives
- Promote our value proposition
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Complete various reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to stakeholders

- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Any relevant field
