Job Purpose

Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, procedures, tactics, and employer brand in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental plans.

Key Accountability Areas

Recruitment Strategies:

  • Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics.

  • Work with recruiting managers to develop employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation processes and capability building.

Employer Branding:

  • Developing and promoting the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Design and develop talent acquisition policies.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and working towards building a diverse workforce.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline governance policy by establishing relationships strategies and plans with potential candidates, universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates.

  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.

  • Design capability building plan for recruiters and hiring managers.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition strategies role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Good team-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Any relevant field

Work Experience

6 to 10 Years
