Job Purpose

This position exists to assist project team in providing solutions and configuration of business processes related to SAP HCM modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.

Functional Responsibilities

Customer Relations:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the client.
  • Able to manage customer expectations during SF quarterly releases.

Business Operations:

  • Resolve configuration tickets on Admin Center and MDF/xml tickets for the SF modules
  • Liaise and work with the offshore team on tickets needing expert opinion.
  • Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors Support on Level 4 or Priority 1 tickets as required.
  • Actively Engage stakeholders during team meetings.
  • System maintenance on periodical wise.
  • Ability to translate business process to system.

Documentation:

  • Undertake knowledge transfer/handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks + functional/technical documents are appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
  • Qualification

    Bachelor in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
