• Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

Job Purpose
Ensure the successful implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and ensure the effective use of BIM to enhance project efficiency, collaboration, and quality throughout the design, construction, and operation phases
Key Accountability Areas
BIM Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows to align with project goals.
- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in collaboration with clients.
Information Management and Data Control:
- Define workflows, protocols, and processes for integrating BIM across projects.
- Ensure proper organization and management of BIM data for easy access and use throughout the project lifecycle.
Standards, Compliance, and Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and guidelines in accordance with international best practices.
- Enforce compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project protocols, and industry standards.
- Monitor the quality and integrity of BIM deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration through regular coordination meetings and digital platforms.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Project Delivery and Performance:
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM-related project outputs, such as 3D models, documentation, and data for asset management.
- Optimize BIM workflows and enhance team proficiency, ensuring smooth BIM processes throughout the project.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Develop solutions to technical challenges, minimizing the impact on project schedules and budgets.
- Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize model integration to ensure smooth project delivery.
Model and Team Management:
- Manage and integrate BIM models from various disciplines, resolving conflicts using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Ensure the efficient use of BIM processes and tools across all stages of the project.
- Provide training sessions for project teams, assist with technical challenges, and ensure effective use of BIM software.

- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
