Job Purpose

This position exists to support the business units in their daily administration tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

Utilities Payments:

  • Issue the utilities payments for offices buildings (telecom, water, electricity).
  • Check electricity meters readings on monthly basis and compare it to the readings in the invoices.

Stationery and Other Materials:

  • Monthly inventory for stationary store and arrange to request the needed items.
  • Receive stationary prints requests from support services employees and arrange to deliver the materials within 2 working days.
  • Arrange to receive the ordered admin materials.


  • Prepare the monthly admin report.
  • Create PRs and SESs for admin team.
  • Coordinate with governmental bodies for any service interruption.


  • Arrange monthly security guards attendance table and evaluation lists.
  • Receive business card requests and coordinate with contractors and employee to finalize it.
  • Receive all telecommunication requests from all divisions and coordinate with the telecom companies to perform the requests (new mobile/landlines, lines cancellation, suspension, SIM change…etc.).

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
  • Academic Qualification

    Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
