Job Purpose

Support Legal Counsels with various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, and communicating with clients.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Governance Management:
  • Support governance for various domestic and global subsidiaries to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Administrative Management:

  • Perform preliminary review of the legal aspects of project proposals, draft agreements, correspondence, and other texts and provide appropriate comments to the corresponding Manager.
  • Assist in the drafting of legal documents for the final review of the manager.
  • Draft legal memoranda and other legal documents including administrative contracts and agreements such as contracts of engagement of personnel, consultants, and contracts awarded for the procurement of goods or services.
  • Prepare background materials, reports, papers, and other documents as requested by the Manager.
  • Review Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, PoAs, and Board Resolutions.
  • Board Secretarial.
  • Manage and centralize corporate subsidiary date to streamline entity Governance.
  • Preforming and providing the required KYC documentation as required by the Global KYC procedures.
  • Monitoring and renewing the licenses in-line with Laws, regulations. And set procedures.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Legal Assisting
