Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. control and closing engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in projects management and execution, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. control and closing engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Accountability Areas

  • Runs construction project from initial to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to determine project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and supervise construction staff and subcontractors.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Contracts Management skills with suppliers and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication skills

Role Accountability


•    Required Experience: (10 years) with Construction’s field.  
•    Good experience with SAP System  
•    Good experience with all Microsoft office & Power BI 
•    Proficiency in project management software.

•    Strong analytical and communication skills.

•    Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects, including residential, housing, resorts, hospitals, and real estate.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
