Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exists to assist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.

Key Accountability Areas

•    Provide subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.  Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort. Provides effective subject matters expertise, support, and assurance to business. 
•    Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization
•    Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live
•    Contribute to managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions for ultimate business satisfaction
•    Support the existing productive implementation of assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs and identify and ensure any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents
•    Documenting all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
•    Contribute to IT department level improvements by delivering on initiatives that contribute to governance and standardization of processes including but not limited to Business Process & Procedures. 
•    Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers.

Role Accountability

•    Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. 
•    Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. 
•    Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
•    Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. 
•    Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. 
•    Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
•    Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. 
•    Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. 
•    Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.   
•    Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions. 
•    Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
