Job Purpose
Provide technical expertise and support for project execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Accountability Areas
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.
- Ensure technical scope and deliverables align with project objectives and contractual terms.
- Provide updates and recommendations for managing scope changes.
Project Planning and Monitoring
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective actions.
- Contribute to project reviews by providing technical insights and status updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in progress meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly to relevant parties.
- Support resolution of conflicts and clarify technical issues during project execution.
Cost and Resource Management
- Support resource planning by identifying technical requirements and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor material and resource usage to avoid shortages and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide input on aligning technical deliverables with budget and timeline constraints.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Share technical knowledge and collaborate with team members to solve problems and achieve project goals.
- Participate in design reviews, technical assessments, and solution discussions.
Delivery and Quality Management
- Support the delivery of high-quality project outcomes by ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project execution.
Risk Management
- Identify technical risks and suggest mitigation strategies to the project team.
- Proactively flag potential issues and contribute to developing contingency plans.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
