Analyze cost variances (Standard vs Actual)

Key Accountability Areas

Cost Control 

Control the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality control
Ensure that the costing process aligns with and adequately covers the manufacturing process
Collaborate with the planning team to update the Bill of Materials BOM
Coordinate with the production team to revise and update manufacturing routes
Checking  releasing the cost FG  SFG
Maintaining cost accounting system and close monthly costing period
Monitoring of Consumables consumption  Spare Parts consumption
Observing Manpower Utilization

Build standard cost 

Build and update standard cost matching with manufacturing process
Run and Maintain cost allocation cycle

Forecasting and budgeting

Participate in Budgeting and Forecasting by providing the budget cost of production

Costing report 

Prepare monthly cost statement
Prepare monthly productivity and quality reports
Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs Variance reports

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance

Work Experience

4 to 6 Years
