SR.ANALYST, APPLICATIONS SYSTEMS

Job Purpose

Design and implement information systems that meet organizational needs. Analyze and document business requirements, evaluating system performance, and recommending improvements. Assist in system testing and troubleshooting.

Key Accountability Areas

Technical Business Requirements Analysis:

  • Analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Solution Design & System Improvement:

  • Design IT solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions align with technical architecture.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams for system implementation.
  • Modify existing systems or implement new ones as needed.

System Documentation & Support:

  • Develop system documentation, including flow diagrams, process models, and technical specifications.
  • Provide support during system deployment and user training.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:

  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Recommend solutions to resolve system issues.

Technology Trends & System Efficiency:

  • Stay up to date with technology trends to ensure systems are efficient and modern.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field

Work Experience

6 to 10 Years
