Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting both standard and custom integration scenarios and business processes within the SAP landscape. Ensures seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems, enabling robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that align with business requirements and IT strategy.
Key Accountability Areas
SAP Integration Suite / PI/PO Expertise:
- Design, develop, and maintain mapping programs including Message Mapping, XSLT, and Java Mappings.
- Work with Integration Builder objects such as Integrated Configuration Objects (ICO).
- Create and maintain User Defined Functions (UDFs) and complex mapping logic.
- Configure alerts for SAP PI versions 7.1 and 7.3 (Unistack).
- Develop and manage Service Interfaces within the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR).
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP adapters including IDOC, JDBC, FILE, RFC, SOAP, etc.
- Work with both client and server proxies for system integrations.
- Design and support web service interfaces and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop ccBPM (Cross-Component Business Process Management) processes.
- Conduct unit testing for developed interfaces and ensure performance and stability.
Technical Assessment & Solutioning:
- Perform technical analysis and scoping of integration requirements.
- Provide accurate development estimates and contribute to technical solution design.
- Assist in defining project scope and planning technical tasks and timelines.
- Evaluate and propose innovative solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Documentation & Standards:
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for developments and customizations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational documentation standards and timelines.
Post Go-Live Support:
- Provide production support and resolve incidents as per defined SLAs.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Ensure system stability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement through emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field
