Job Purpose

To support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's strategic plan by providing analytical, coordination, and reporting support within the Strategy Management Office, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Also support the alignment between the business plans and alfanar electric strategy.

Key Accountability Areas

Strategic Planning & Alignment:

  • Support the development and periodic review of the organization’s strategic plan in collaboration with SMO leadership and department heads.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating strategic planning workshops and departmental alignment sessions.
  • Review departmental plans to ensure consistency with corporate strategic objectives and escalate misalignments when needed.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Assist in designing and maintaining performance monitoring systems using tools such as KPIs and Balanced Scorecard methodologies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to assess progress toward strategic goals.
  • Support performance review meetings by providing analytical insights and preparing summaries with recommended corrective actions.

Governance & Reporting:

  • Implement SMO governance policies and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Prepare periodic performance dashboards and progress reports for review by senior leadership.
  • Maintain version control and accurate documentation for strategic plans and performance tracking tools.

Project & Initiative Oversight:

  • Monitor the status of strategic initiatives and provide updates on timelines, deliverables, and risk indicators.
  • Coordinate with the PMO (if applicable) to support the integration of strategic projects into operational plans.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact and feasibility of ongoing initiatives to support prioritization efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate with business units to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure clarity in strategic expectations.
  • Support the communication of strategy-related content across departments and teams.
  • Foster alignment by engaging stakeholders through data-driven presentations and status updates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Research and analyze best practices in strategic planning and performance management.
  • Recommend improvements to current tools, processes, or reporting methods used by the SMO.
  • Contribute to promoting a results-driven, strategy-oriented culture within the organization.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

6 to 10 Years
