Job Purpose
Implement HSE requirements as per the company policy and conduct and Propose for HSE compliance. Generate statistical reports relate to incident, accident, near mises, loss man hours.
Key Accountability Areas
Health:
- Monitors and reports any employee illnesses or health concerns to ensure timely action.
- Oversees and ensures the implementation of employee welfare programs and initiatives.
Safety:
- Supervises and ensures strict compliance with the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in alignment with work requirements.
- Identifies potential risks and hazards, conducts assessments, and recommends appropriate control measures.
- Regularly updates and reviews the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) to align with operational changes.
Environment:
- Measures and analyzes noise levels within factory premises and develops corrective actions, including recommendations for suitable PPE in affected areas.
Documentation:
- Prepares detailed reports on incidents, near misses,

- Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.
