Job Purpose

Ensures high-quality standards are maintained in facility operations, optimizing the comfort, safety, and functionality of housing and office spaces.

Key Accountability Areas

Daily Inspections:

  • Conducts daily inspections of housing buildings for cleaning and maintenance standards.
  • Conducts daily inspections of office buildings for cleaning and maintenance compliance.

Maintenance and Project Oversight:

  • Collaborates with the maintenance team, ensuring timely follow-up on housing and office building maintenance requirements.
  • Takes charge of and supervises all projects pertaining to housing and office spaces, including improvements, renovations, and maintenance.
  • Assists in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for housing and office facility projects, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and improvement solutions.
  • Collaborates with vendors and suppliers to source quality materials and services for facility maintenance and renovation projects while optimizing costs.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Develops and implements processes, guidelines, and best practices to uphold consistent quality in facility operations.
  • Identifies and reports any health and safety hazards or code violations discovered during audits and inspections, prioritizing corrective actions.
