STOREKEEPER

Job Purpose

Maintain general and department-specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.

Key Accountability Areas

Store Process:

  • Receiving, handling & Storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment’s etc.
  • Inventory record update
  • Coding for material
  • Record & maintain monthly report on assets
  • Receipt voucher
  • Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material

Material Management:

  • Receiving material at incoming bay of store
  • Checking delivery note, packing list, transfer note etc.
  • Material issue as per request
  • Daily update for temporarily issued material

  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

  • Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

  • Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

  • Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.

  • Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.

Academic Qualification

Diploma Degree in Business Administration
