Job Purpose
Ensures the safety and security by overseeing security staff, developing and forcing security protocols, monitoring equipment, managing incidents, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Accountability Areas
Security Personnel Management
- Responsible for all security and guards
- Follow-up guards from the security company in Riyadh and outside Riyadh
- The organization plans guards and security
- Follow up and adhere to the security uniform
Surveillance and Monitoring
- Follow-up CCTV on all sites the administrative building of the factory showrooms warehouses
- Follow-up visitor entry list
- Follow-up of inside and outside car parks
- Follow-up lighting and guiding instructions in all locations
- Follow-up of all punching machines
- Facility and Vehicle Management
Responsible for following up on the entry and exit of vehicles for the factory and warehouse
- A daily report of loading vehicles
- Organizing traffic inside warehouses
- Follow-up of accidents inside the facility
- Follow-up on the maintenance work permit and make sure the workers
- Follow-up handicap people parking tools
Administrative and Organizational Tasks
- Tours inside the admin building and the factory
- Follow up on all documents related to the sites
- Organizing non staff bus time
