Job Purpose

To accurately prepare, analyze, and manage quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) in contracting projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Carry out detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works with accuracy.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for tendering and execution purposes.
  • Support in tender preparation, submission, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with project teams for value engineering, cost control, and variation claims.
  • Maintain updated records of material consumption, cost data, and subcontractor quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Provide technical support in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
