Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To effectively coordinate sales inquiries, ensure seamless execution of customer requirements, and support the sales team in achieving organizational goals by managing customer relationships, enhancing market presence, and ensuring efficient internal and external collaboration.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Interaction and Support:

  • Manage incoming inquiries and tenders, delivering prompt and professional responses to maximize opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver all supportive documents, samples, and submittals to customers.

  • Provide technical support and organize techno-commercial meetings to enhance customer engagement and alfanar’s market presence.

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Coordination and Follow-up:

  • Collaborate with the department coordinator and demand planning to prepare and deliver required materials to customers.

  • Monitor and update the project database using C4C to ensure data accuracy and track progress effectively.

  • Identify related projects and ensure close follow-up to maximize realization and sales opportunities.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide detailed reports to sales management.

  • Conduct market surveys to identify opportunities and strengthen alfanar’s position in the market.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Issue timely and accurate reports for management on sales activities and market trends.

  • Update forecasts to prevent overstock or stock financial costs.

Customer Satisfaction and Payment Collection:

  • Follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure high levels of very satisfied customers.

  • Collect payments on time and ensure zero overdue accounts by maintaining clear communication with customers.

Compliance and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with related parties to align sales activities with organizational goals and standards.

  • Avoid errors in forecasts that could lead to financial impacts on stock.

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
