The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Plan and coordinate sales activities, utilizing technical expertise to optimize sales plans and improve overall efficiency. Analyze market trends, forecast sales, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply engineering knowledge to contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
Key Accountability Areas
Sales Team Support:
- Analyze data comprehensively to generate crucial reports and dashboards, supporting the sales team in achieving targets and capitalizing on offers at various levels (product, distributor, sales rep, area, city, branch, & KSA).
- Work closely with sales managers to set targets for each product/distributor, considering the product map in each branch, particularly for S&S products.
- Assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales teams, including evaluations for both branch managers and sales representatives.
Market Information System Management:
- Maintain control over the market information system, overseeing tasks such as survey creation, team communication, data accuracy checks, and follow-ups for necessary corrections.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of market size for all products and branches, utilizing data from the market studies department, including SAT images and building licenses.
- Scrutinize and analyze markets in all branches and alfanar distributors, identifying competitors and contributions. Develop action plans with the sales team to seize lost opportunities and enhance market share.
Forecast Process Oversight:
- Manage the forecast process by communicating draft forecasts with branch managers, cross-checking the total KSA forecast with sales managers and product marketing managers, and sharing final forecasts after obtaining consensus.
- Assess forecast accuracy and provide detailed reports to branches and management for informed decision-making.
Automation Coordination:
- Work with the IT department to streamline and automate all relevant dashboards and reports, ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
