Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To provide operational and field support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, conducting field visits, and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Functional Responsibilities

Field Visits and Relationship Building

  • Conduct field visits to under-construction or finishing sites, introducing Alfanar’s product range to potential customers.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with targeted groups, including end users, electricians, and contractors, to achieve team objectives.
  • Follow up on all assigned sites, from foundation to finishing stages, ensuring consistent engagement.

Sales Process Management

  • Complete the sales process in alignment with company strategy and the specific needs of target customers.
  • Collaborate with the concerned department to ensure all aspects of the sales process are fulfilled as required for distributors.

Market Engagement and Promotion

  • Visit assigned locations as determined by the studies department to meet study objectives set by the line manager.
  • Distribute promotional materials in a manner that raises awareness of Alfanar’s products and services, contributing to community-level advertising.

Information Gathering and Coordination

  • Gather specific information during field visits regarding company products, competitors, and the number of construction sites.
  • Coordinate effectively with the project sales team to ensure the success of the sales process, especially when the target customer falls within the project sales scope.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
