Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Ensuring the adequacy of insurance coverage and its alignment with the company’s actual risk exposure, while maintaining full compliance with policy terms and conditions as well as the recommendations of insurers and risk assessment firms, in order to prevent coverage gaps or claim denials resulting from non-compliance.

Key Accountability Areas

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Review and monitor the adequacy of insurance coverage against operational risks.
  • Verify compliance with policy terms and conditions.
  • Follow up on recommendations issued by insurers and risk assessment companies.
  • Monitor and update the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Head Office.
  • Prepare periodic reports, or reports upon identification of risks or insurance gaps.

Review of Insurance Coverage:

  • Review the scope of coverage, limits, deductibles, and exclusions.
  • Ensure policies are aligned with the nature of operations, assets, and projects.
  • Identify any insurance gaps and submit recommendations to address them.

Compliance with Policy Terms:

  • Compile and document all policy conditions, warranties, and operational obligations in a structured register.
  • Verify implementation of obligations in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Issue alerts regarding any non-compliance that may affect the validity of claims.

Follow-up on Insurers’ and Risk Assessment Recommendations:

  • Review and classify recommendations based on risk severity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to assess the feasibility of implementation.
  • Propose technical or operational alternatives that provide an equivalent level of protection, where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office to obtain approval for alternatives and formally close recommendations with the insurer.

  • Provide periodic work progress reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
  • Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
  • Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Any relevant field
