  alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems. .

 

 The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

   • Ceramic wall and floor tiles

   • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

   • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

   • Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of marketing communication, digital marketing, and customer support activities by managing day-to-day operations, supervising content and campaign delivery, and ensuring alignment with approved plans in order to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives.

Key Accountability Areas

Marketing Communication Execution

  • Execute marketing communication plans across offline and online channels in alignment with approved strategies
  • Support market research activities by collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting results and improvement areas
  • Coordinate with product teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Organize and support events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of marketing activities

Customer Care and Support Coordination

  • Supervise customer care activities to ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries across all communication channels
  • Monitor service levels and support resolution of escalated customer issues
  • Ensure alignment of customer communication with company standards and guidelines

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Execute digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Support SEO/SEM initiatives in coordination with relevant teams or external partners
  • Track digital campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Ensure consistency of digital presence across all platforms

Graphic and Content Development

  • Supervise the development of marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate content creation activities including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia content
  • Review marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support execution of advertising and promotional activities

Sales Support Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver marketing materials for product presentations and campaigns
  • Ensure availability and consistency of marketing collateral across all sales channels
  • Support sales initiatives through aligned marketing activities

Industry Awareness and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and marketing practices
  • Identify improvement opportunities in marketing execution and customer engagement
  • Recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and communication approaches
