Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to take full responsibility of overall management of Quality Control section. Include Plan, develop, execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the section to a further step.
Key Accountability Areas
Inspection and Testing:
Perform thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished transformers to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
Quality Monitoring:
Oversee quality control activities during the manufacturing process to identify any deviations or non-conformities..
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and inspection reports. Generate quality-related reports and documentation as required.
Compliance Verification:
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry requirements.
Equipment Calibration:
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
Training and Supervision:
Provide training and guidance to quality control staff, ensuring their understanding and adherence to established quality control procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function and propose measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, design, and procurement, to address quality-related issues, improve processes.
