Job Purpose

Ensure high quality production by implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with teams. Optimize quality management systems, resolve non-conformities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet regulations and customer expectations.

Key Accountability Areas

Quality Management:

  • Ensure the implementation of quality management systems for delivering products of the right quality to customers.
  • Control change management to guarantee that customers receive materials with the correct revisions.

Product Validation:

  • Systematically validate new products to minimize complaints and issues after their launch.
  • Support the analysis of customer complaints to resolve product-related issues.

Corrective Actions:

  • Ensure proper corrective actions by production to prevent repeated failures.
  • Control design specifications during production by implementing the right control points.

Coordination and Clearance:

  • Coordinate with production and counterparts to ensure the timely clearance of finished goods in SAP.
  • Analyze rework percentages and inform production to address associated causes.

Measurement System:

  • Study measuring and monitoring equipment to purchase suitable ones for implementing the right measurement system during production.

Certifications and Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure the timely creation of purchase requests for product certifications (SASO/ASTA/G-MARK, etc.).
  • Control legal requirements in the product to avoid legal issues.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Advocate for the voice of the customer based on feedback from complaints to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
