Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To design, engineer, and develop customized containerized data center power modules, ensuring the seamless integration of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.

Key Accountability Areas

Product Design & Engineering

  • Design and engineer customized, containerized data center power solutions in line with client specifications and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) requirements.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for the integration of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, specifications, and internal engineering guidelines.

Technical Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Analyze project requirements, technical constraints, and operational conditions to define optimal power module configurations.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations and feasibility assessments to support design decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during product development and system integration.

Implementation & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement design enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability of data center power solutions.
  • Identify and recommend innovative engineering approaches, components, and materials to optimize product performance and cost.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through design standardization and lessons learned integration.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
