Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This Position exists to ensure that Quality Control Procedures are implemented in each line and make Quality Control Documentation efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Conduct testing and inpection of product or raw material as respective approved procedures / checklist / Inspection format .
  • Interpret the test/ inspection results , prepare final test report and post decision SAP .
  • Attend the factory acceptance test with customer .
  • Identify the rejected product with red sticker .
  • Prepare the daily inspection report of product share with respective operation and planning teams .
  • Assign tasks to test technicians and assit them to achieve their daily goals .
  • Review the product name plates with respective to its drawing .
  • Verify the product 's serial number , sales order , item code w.r.t to lot posted SAP .
  • For prototype jobs ; share the test and inspection results with RandD team for their feedback and opportunity for improvement .
  • Issue non- confirmity report and do the necessary follow up for its closer.
  • Update test logbook on daily basis .
  • Prepare monthly inspection report .
