Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
To support customer interactions, technical enquiries, project follow-ups, and market activities by providing accurate technical inputs, timely documentation, and structured engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountability Areas
Customer Engagement and Enquiries
- Handle customer enquiries and tender requests with timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions as required.
- Prepare supporting documents, samples, and submittals as needed.
- Follow up internally to support timely delivery of materials and submissions.
- Align with the coordinator and Demand Planning on customer requirements.
Competitor Tracking and Market Insights
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Record and share observations with Sales Management.
- Highlight trends or changes that may influence market positioning.
Technical Support and Market Presence
- Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and discussions with customers and consultants.
- Provide clarification on specifications, product features, and application requirements.
- Prepare technical materials required for meetings and events.
- Support activities that enhance product awareness in the market.
Reporting and Customer Relationship Support
- Prepare timely and structured reports related to enquiries, projects, and market updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers to address technical questions.
- Support customer interactions to maintain clarity and responsiveness.
Project Identification and Follow-Up
- Identify relevant projects using market tools and available data sources.
- Update project status based on follow-ups with consultants and contractors.
- Track project progress to support opportunity realization.
Customer Satisfaction, Payment Follow-Up and Data Accuracy
- Observe customer satisfaction indicators and report issues when necessary.
- Follow up on payments to support timely collection and minimize overdue amounts.
- Update project and customer data in C4C accurately.
- Prepare forecast inputs based on verified project details.
