Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Drive project sales through strategic promotion and marketing activities. Ensuring effective engagement and successful positioning of products within the market.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Engagement and Enquiries:

  • Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders efficiently.
  • Provide optimal responses to customers.
  • Prepare all necessary supportive documents, samples, and submittals.
  • Ensure timely delivery to customers to enhance alfanar's chances.
  • Collaborate with the department's coordinator and Demand Planning.
  • Prepare required materials and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and target competitors’ activities.
  • Report findings to sales management.

Market Presence and Technical Support:

  • Organize technical meetings and seminars.
  • Provide technical support to enhance alfanar's awareness and presence in the market.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for successful execution.

Reporting and Customer Management:

  • Issue timely and effective reports to management.
  • Manage customer relationships in a professional manner.

Project Identification and Follow-up:

  • Identify and monitor all related projects.
  • Conduct close follow-ups to maximize project realization.

Customer Satisfaction and Payment Management:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments to avoid over-dues (Zero over-dues).

Data Management and Forecasting:

  • Follow up and update the database for all projects (accuracy of database update) through C4C.
  • Avoid inaccurate forecasts that may lead to stock financial cost forecasted stock.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field

6 to 10 Years
