Job Purpose
Responsible for developing, managing, and publishing accurate technical content for products and solutions, including specifications, datasheets, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and supporting effective communication across digital and sales channels.
Key Accountability Areas
Technical Content Development
- Develop detailed product specifications, technical datasheets, manuals, and documentation
- Translate complex engineering data into clear, structured, and user-friendly technical content
- Ensure all content reflects actual product capabilities, configurations, and technical standards
Digital & Web Content Management
- Publish and maintain technical product information on websites and digital platforms
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of online technical content
- Manage updates to reflect product changes, enhancements, or new releases
Marketing & Commercial Content Support
- Develop and review technical content for brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials
- Ensure alignment between technical specifications and marketing messaging
- Support product launches by providing accurate technical inputs
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and R&D teams to gather and validate technical data
- Work closely with marketing teams to align content with branding and communication guidelines
- Support sales teams by providing technical clarifications and documentation
Content Standardization & Governance
- Establish and maintain standardized templates for technical documents and product content
- Ensure consistency across all documentation and communication channels
- Maintain version control and proper documentation practices
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review and validate all technical content for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated technical information

- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
