Job Purpose

Facilitate the seamless flow of sales inquiries, ensuring the prompt and accurate provision of quotations. Coordinate various project activities, contributing to the efficient execution of tasks and fostering a cohesive environment that supports overall project success.

Functional Responsibilities

Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management:

  • Review and process sales inquiries, ensuring completeness and clarity of requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations.
  • Ensure alignment of quotations with customer specifications and internal standards.

Tendering Execution:

  • Execute tendering activities from inquiry to submission within defined timelines.
  • Analyze requirements and develop compliant and optimized proposals.
  • Support prequalification and documentation requirements as needed.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales teams to gather required inputs.
  • Ensure alignment of all stakeholders to deliver cohesive and competitive offers.
  • Facilitate smooth communication to support timely decision-making.

Project Support & Follow-Up:

  • Support coordination of activities related to awarded projects to ensure continuity from tender to execution.
  • Address technical clarifications and follow up on quotations and orders.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, assumptions, and communications.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards, and quality requirements.

General Responsibilities

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Qualification

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
