Job Purpose

This position exists to assist project team in providing solutions and configuration of business processes related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Relations:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the client.
  • Able to manage customer expectations during SF talent modules (Recruitment / Onboarding/ Performance / Succession Planning) .

Business Operations:

  • Resolve configuration issues on SF Talent modules
  • Liaise and work with the offshore team on business requirements needing expert opinion.
  • Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors Support on tickets and RFCs and Rollout Projects as required.
  • Actively Engage stakeholders during team meetings.
  • Ability to translate business process to system.
  • Ability to build reports as per business need using People Stories functionality 
  • knowledge about Add on solutions related to Talent Mangement modules in SuccessFactors. 

Documentation:

  • Undertake knowledge transfer/handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks + functional/technical documents are appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
  • Academic Qualification

    Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
