Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Optimize material planning processes to ensure efficient inventory management, timely procurement, and alignment with production needs. Lead initiatives to minimize excess stock, oversee phase-in/phase-out processes, and continually enhance performance through strategic planning and process improvements.

Key Accountability Areas

 

Demand Forecasting and Planning:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate market insights and promotional plans.

Inventory Management:

  • Optimize inventory levels to balance between supply and demand, ensuring minimal stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Implement inventory control strategies and monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and carrying costs.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Analyze and design efficient supply chain processes to improve overall performance and reduce costs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend corrective actions.

Production Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.

Supplier and Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
